Enhance Professional Growth within the IAB Baltics Community
Why Mentorship Matters: Mentorship provides a unique opportunity for IAB Members to support each other, share insights, and overcome challenges collectively. We recognize the diverse expertise across our community and want to facilitate a platform for mutual professional growth.
As advocates for continuous learning and professional development, we are thrilled to announce the initiation of a Mentorship Program within the Educational Task Force. We believe that the wealth of knowledge and experience within our community can foster growth and collaboration among IAB Members in Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia.
How You Can Contribute: We invite you to nominate 1-2 individuals from your company who are willing to dedicate 1-2 hours a month, starting at the beginning of 2024, to mentor another IAB Member. This commitment can involve guiding professional development, offering advice, and collaboratively finding solutions to challenges.
Be Part of Something New: As we launch the Mentorship Program, we also plan to establish a community tailored to a specific niche. This niche will be determined based on the mentors and their expertise, allowing mentors and all IAB Members to engage daily with the best Baltic companies.
